Tony Thomas, Senior Product Manager, Numara Software

Tony has over a decade of IT systems management experience. He is a seasoned expert in the areas of IT Service Management and Asset Management. By providing Numara Software’s global customer-base with in-depth product infrastructure knowledge, he has secured hundreds of successful implementations for organizations worldwide. Tony’s involvement at Numara Software encompasses a wide range of responsibilities; customer research, market research, and product training. In addition, he is instrumental in translating market needs into product requirements. Tony holds professional certifications in MCSE, CCNA, and CCNP.

Umesh Shah, Sr. Manager Product Marketing, Numara Software

Umesh has over 15 years of IT and service management experience including IT operations management, CRM and Help Desk/Service Desk product management.  He currently leads the Product Marketing efforts at Numara Software. By closely researching market needs and requirements, in addition to working with IT industry analysts, his team delivers the market intelligence required to ensure product strategy is in alignment with market requirements.  Umesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a Major in Management Information Systems and certifications in Product Management, Project Management and ITIL.

Matt guides the product planning and strategy for Numara Software.  With over 20 years of software industry experience in product strategy, product management, product marketing, engineering, and corporate development, Matt and his team work closely with industry analysts and IT professionals, worldwide, to collect relevant industry data required to deliver effective, practical IT solutions. Matt graduated from the University of Iowa and holds a degree in Business Administration.
