This program is designed specifically for Numara Track-It! Standard and Numara Track-It! Professional Edition customers. The course content is designed to be of value for both new Track-It! customers and existing customers who are upgrading from a previous version or who simply need to learn how to take full advantage of the Track-It! toolset. All without having to leave your office! (Track-It! Enterprise customers are not eligible for this course.)

The Track-It! Specialist class is for any technicians that logs into and use Track-It! on a regular basis. You will learn how to:

	work with all facets of the Track-It! interface
	manage your inventory
	create work orders
	use the solutions tables to create your own knowledgebase
	And much more

The Track-It! Administrator class is for the technician that is responsible for configuring and managing the Track-It! Server. Technician Training is a pre-requisite. You will learn how to:

Numara Track-It! 8 Administrator Training
	set up users and technicians
	administer and manage Track-It! 8
	configure Track-It! 8 audit
	take advantage of Track-It! 8 Agent (for auditing and remote control)
	And much more

In addition, you will have an opportunity to share and learn from other Track-It! users and pose questions to the instructor. Each course is $495 or if both courses are booked together the cost is just $895.

NEW! Numara® Track-It!® Bar Code Online Training

In conjunction with the introduction of Numara Track-It! Bar Code, Numara Software offers this 2-hour, instructor-led training. Attendees will obtain an understanding of bar coding, the Numara Track-It! Bar Code offering and how bar code integrates with Numara Track-It!
