LANProbe Requirements
LANProbe operates over an IP network on Ethernet and Token Ring. Physical location is supported on Ethernet and Token Ring networks utilizing managed SNMP enabled switches only.

Supported Databases
Numara Asset Manager may be used in conjunction with either Microsoft SQL Express, 2000 & 2005 databases. In the event of using SQL 2000, Numara Software advises that the appropriate MS SQL 2000 is on a Per Processor basis. A Processor license includes access for an unlimited number of devices or users to connect from either inside the corporate LAN or WAN or outside the firewall. For further details the Microsoft website carries current information about licensing options.
Numara Asset Manager Web Edition
Supported platform and system requirements for Numara Asset Manager Web Edition are the same as for Numara Asset Manager with the following additions:
